Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 24 hours notice. A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. *Please note that while the resume consultation is free of charge, we respectfully require that you provide at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellations or reschedule requests made after that time will incur a fee of $25. This fee will not be subtracted from the cost of services and must be paid before the consultation can be rebooked.
