Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 24 hours notice. A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 24 hours notice. A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. For example: 

• If you make a one time payment of $800, each session is equal to $200. Thee fee invoke is 50% of $200 for each missed cancellation/reschedule request.

• If you make four (4) weekly payments of $250 (total amount $1000), each session is $250. Thee fee invoke is 50% of $250 for each missed cancellation/reschedule request.

RESUME CONSULTATION 

While the resume consultation is free of charge, we respectfully require that you provide at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellations or reschedule requests made after that time will incur a fee of $25. This fee will not be subtracted from the cost of services and must be paid before the consultation can be rebooked.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Refund requests made less than 48 hours after confirmation of the order are entitled to 100% of the deposit. The deposit will be become non-refundable after 48 hours. Due to the nature of digital products (i.e. resume document) being immediately accessible, no refunds of any fees or other amounts paid in connection with the product will be allowed under any circumstances.
