Meet the Founder,
Santeka Grigley

In March 2021, I quit my job and decided to bet on myself. Today, I’m a multi-hyphenate creativepreneur blending business consulting, web design, and content creation. Through my signature program, The Creator Parlor®, I help entrepreneurs, business owners, and creators grow their brands with clarity, strategy, and confidence.

I’ve spent over a decade working across nonprofit and for-profit industries, specializing in strategic planning, organizational management, and operational efficiency. My career allowed me to identify obstacles, design solutions, and lead companies toward long-term growth. Over the years, I’ve developed marketing and business strategies, streamlined operations, built effective teams, and delivered measurable results including generating more than $1.6 million in revenue, eliminating fiscal deficits, exceeding monthly profit objectives by an average of 20%, and grossing over a quarter million in annual sales.

Alongside my corporate expertise, I’ve also carved out a creative path as a content creator and coach. I’ve worked with respected brands such as Sam’s Club, Instant Brands, and IHG Hotels & Resorts and here’s the kicker: I landed all of those partnerships with less than 3,000 followers. I’ve been featured in publications and exhibitions, spoken on national stages, organized regional and international conferences, and even led travel experiences around the world.

Now, I bring both sides of my journey together combining business consulting and creative entrepreneurship to help individuals and brands transform their ideas into sustainable, profitable ventures. Whether through one-on-one consulting, strategic planning, or mentorship inside The Creator Parlor®, my mission is simple: to give others the tools, strategy, and confidence to build the business they’ve been envisioning.
